The English Leader to regularly hear lowest 20% read and those not making good or better progress
Senior Leaders, the subject lead and teachers will work collaboratively to ensure that assessments provide the relevant information to continually improve the quality of teaching and learning.
All teachers complete a 4 day Sounds-Write training course and have training from the reading lead about best practice. The reading lead identifies support required through team meetings, surveys, learning walks, monitoring systems and the standard of work in books and classrooms.
