To focus on building a strong sports vocabulary, such as Agility, Balance, Co-Ordination, Stamina, Endurance, Perseverance, Resilience and Spatial Awareness
To encourage all children to be physically active with a positive attitude towards sport by providing an enriching and fulfilling curriculum that offers opportunity and equality for all, including pupils with SEND
To participate in competitive tournaments, to build character, to learn the importance of sportspersonship and respect
To introduce a broad range of sports to children including more unusual ones such as: archery, chess, and tri golf
To support children to be able to swim 25 meters unaided by the end of their primary school journey
