Easter is fast approaching and we will be celebrating in a slightly different way this year. We would still like to hold our annual Easter Bonnet Parade for EYFS and Key Stage 1 and our ‘eggcellent’ Easter Egg Competition in Key stage 2 but this year they will be virtual – see below for details.

Kindergarten, Reception, Year 1, Year 2

We’d like you to create an Easter Bonnet at home. Take a photograph of you wearing your bonnet and email it to info@ridge.dudley.sch.uk including child’s name and class by 3pm on Tuesday 30^th March. The photographs will be displayed on the school website in our virtual Easter Bonnet Parade. If you do not wish your child’s photograph to appear on the website but still want to take part, you could just send a photo of the bonnet. A winner and 2 runners up will be chosen from across EYFS and KS1 and announced before we break up for the Easter holiday.

Key Stage 2

We’d like you to come up with some ‘cracking’ designs and create an ‘eggciting’ scene. Be as creative as possible – you could base your egg on a book, a film, a TV programme or absolutely anything else. Here are some examples:

Take a photograph and email it to info@ridge.dudley.sch.uk including child’s name and class by 3pm on Tuesday 30^th March. The photographs will be displayed on the school website. A winner and 2 runners up will be chosen from across KS2 and announced before we break up for the Easter holiday.
