Dear Parent/Carer

A huge thank you to all our amazing families that have registered with ParentMail.  We currently have 78% of families registered and 57% who have downloaded the app.

You should already have received an invitation by email to register with ParentMail. If you haven't already done so, please create your account so you're ready to start using ParentMail to order school dinners and pay for school items such as uniform and trips.  If you haven’t received a link or are having problems registering please give the office a call and ask to speak to Mrs Jones.

We are getting everything set up and dinners will be available to view and book from 23rd March. To have a look at the new menu beforehand, please see the school website - 

Our new catering company require 24 hours notice for meals and ParentMail closes for bookings the midnight before this.

To book your childs lunch (from 23rd March);

  • Log into ParentMail
  • Click on the Accounts tab
  • Click School Dinners
  • Make your selection

If the square is greyed out it means you are unable to book on this date due to timescales or school is closed.

If the square is amber, the selection is in the basket but has not been checked out

If the square is green, the meal selection is booked.

Free school meal and universal infant free school meal selections still need to be checked out.

Further communication regarding menu items will be sent out before the end of term, we are waiting for the finalised version with allergen information from the catering company.

Please note that items may appear on your bank statement as either The Ridge Primary or ParentMail / Iris.
