Dear Parents/Carers

As per the school calendar, Parent/Carer Consultations will take place on Wednesday 15th November 2023 between 2.00pm and 7.20pm. On this date staff will be available for face to face appointments in the school hall.

A few points to note.....

• Please do not bring your children with you. Staff feel able to have a much more open discussion, without the children present.
• Please ensure that you are ready at your appointment time - arrive five minutes before the time you have selected.
• You will be directed into the hall at your appointment time.
• At the end of the allocated 10 minute slot the bell will ring and you are asked to leave the hall via the one-way system.
• You are invited to view your child's work in their classroom between 3.30pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 14th November, but teachers will not be present to discuss their progress with you at this time.

It is important that you are on time for your consultation appointment. We understand that sometimes unavoidable delays happen and if this is the case, you will be offered another appointment time later in the day, should one be available. If there are no suitable appointments, you will be asked to re-arrange your appointment directly with the class teacher. This is out of courtesy to all parents and staff, to make sure that we run to time.

If Wednesday 15th November is not convenient for you, or you have a particularly detailed matter that you would like to discuss with your child's teacher, please contact them directly to make an alternative appointment.

Bookings will go live for consultations tomorrow (Tuesday 7th November) through the school website.  You will need to be logged in to the website to book your appointment; please contact the school office if you experience any issues booking your appointment.
