NSPCC Speak out. Stay safe programme & online safety workshop

The NSPCC’s Speak out. Stay safe. programme is visiting our school on Tuesday 30th April 2019 to make sure our pupils have the knowledge and understanding they need to stay safe from abuse. This is a nationwide programme for every primary-school-aged child in the UK and Channel Islands. With the help of their friendly mascot Buddy, they’ll be presenting an assembly to the children in our school as well as a workshop for Years 5 and 6.

As part of this, they are running free online safety workshops for parents and carers, and will be hosting one here at the Ridge Primary School at 2:00pm on Tuesday 30th April 2019. We would like to invite all parents and carers to join.

Please see the attached letters with further details.  A hard copy of the workshop letter will also be sent home with your child with a reply slip if you wish to attend.
